专利说明:
The present invention relates to a vehicle anti-intrusion device for a traffic lane and a vehicle anti-intrusion barrier formed by means of several of these devices. It has become necessary to protect a gathering place for a population against the intrusion of a ram vehicle. To this end, it was designed to place one or more vehicles across a traffic lane. This relatively empirical procedure is not necessarily effective and implies having the number of vehicles necessary. It has also been designed, for the same purpose, an anti-intrusion barrier of a vehicle, having, viewed from the side, an L-shape, that is to say comprising a base part intended to be placed on the ground and an extension part intended to be raised relative to the ground when the base part is placed on the ground; when a vehicle strikes said extension part, this barrier is supposed to tilt so that said base part is brought into an oblique position in which it is inserted into the chassis of the vehicle. Such a barrier has an effectiveness which can remain questionable. In addition, it is not excluded that it can be moved by malicious people, so that it cannot be left unattended. This need for surveillance is a major drawback. In addition, such a barrier has the drawback of completely prohibiting all passage, including by an authorized vehicle, which is another major drawback in certain situations. The present invention therefore aims to provide a device for the constitution of an anti-intrusion barrier of a vehicle, which has a total efficiency, which cannot be moved by a malicious person, therefore which can be left without surveillance, and which allows the passage of an authorized vehicle in certain situations, by handling remaining relatively simple and rapid. To achieve this objective, the device concerned includes: - A base intended to be placed on the ground, having a height such that it is suitable for being crossed by a vehicle and including immobility means making it possible to prohibit its movement by a person or several persons without lifting means ; - At least one post connected to the base, movable relative to this base between a lying position in which it is folded in the base or against it and does not obstruct the passage of a vehicle, and a position upright in which it projects relative to the base and obstructs the passage of a vehicle; - means for locking each post in the upright position; - at least one stop bar pivotally mounted in the base, which is movable between an inactive position in which it is housed in the base and an active position in which it is oblique with respect to the base and in which a posterior portion of this stop bar comes into the ground through an opening in the bottom of the base and a front portion of this stop bar protrudes above the base, on the anterior side of the latter; and - An articulated connection connecting said post and said stop bar so that a forcing of the post beyond the upright position of this post, towards the rear side of the device, realizes the instantaneous passage of said stop bar from said inactive position to said active position. It will be understood that the terms posterior (e) and anterior are to be considered with respect to the direction of arrival of a vehicle on the device, anterior signifying forward on the device in this direction and posterior signifying backward on this same device in this same direction. The base is intended to be placed on the ground at the appropriate place in a traffic lane by means of a lifting device; this pose makes it immobile, with respect to the ground with regard to manipulations which could be carried out by a limited number of people without such a lifting device. When the post is in said lying position, the device can be crossed by an authorized vehicle; when the post is locked in the upright position, possible percussion of the post by a vehicle immediately leads, via said articulated connection, to a tilting of said stop bar in the active position of this bar; in this position, the rear portion of the bar penetrates into the ground, anchoring the device to the ground, and the front portion of this bar penetrates into the tires or into the chassis of the vehicle, stopping the progression of this vehicle. The device according to the invention thus makes it possible to perfectly achieve the above-mentioned objective. On a narrow traffic lane, two side-by-side devices could be installed to form an anti-intrusion barrier; in most cases, however, a vehicle intrusion barrier will be formed by the juxtaposition of more than two devices side by side so that the posts of the different devices are aligned in a direction transverse to the direction traffic. The devices could be simply placed one beside the other but, preferably, each base comprises assembly means allowing its assembly to another base; these assembly means may in particular be in the form of shouldered studs projecting from one of the lateral flanks of a base, capable of being engaged in corresponding notches that comprise the corresponding lateral flank of another base. Said immobility means are preferably constituted by the mass of the device itself, the latter being in particular made of steel and being sampled so that this mass is several hundred kilograms. It would also be conceivable for the device to be made of a material that is lighter than steel and for the base to receive ballast masses inside it. These immobility means may include, if necessary, surface roughness arranged on the faces of the base intended to come against the ground, capable of creating friction with the ground when the base is placed on this ground. The base could be parallelepiped, that is to say have anterior and posterior faces perpendicular to the ground when the base is placed on the ground; preferably, however, this base has an anterior inclined face and a posterior inclined face, facilitating its crossing. The device thus appears, in the lying state of the post, substantially in the form of a speed bump. Preferably, said stop bar has at least one longitudinal end portion having a transverse section which tapers towards its free end, so as to favor, if it is the rear end portion , the insertion of this end portion into the ground in the event of impact of the device by a vehicle, or, if it is the anterior end portion, the insertion of this end portion into the vehicle. Preferably, the two end portions of the stop bar have such a reducing cross section, and can in particular be pointed. Preferably, said locking means may in particular comprise a padlock placed between two movable parts among the base, the post, the stop bar and the articulated connection so as to prevent movement between these can parts; these locking means can in particular act between the post and the articulated connection. This articulated connection is preferably constituted by a pair of side-by-side connecting rods, connected to two opposite faces of the stop bar and the post, these connecting rods moving in openings arranged in the post to allow the movement of this post. A base can include several posts and these posts can be moved independently of one another between said prone and upright positions; preferably, however, in this case of a plurality of posts on a base, the posts of the same base are connected to each other by a transverse connecting member; this member may in particular be in the form of a plate fixed to the rear side of the posts, allowing, in the lying position of the posts, to form a smooth upper surface on the top of the base. The invention will be clearly understood, and other characteristics and advantages thereof will appear, with reference to the appended schematic drawing, representing, by way of nonlimiting example, a preferred embodiment of the device concerned. Figure 1 is an exploded perspective view; Figure 2 is a perspective view identical to Figure 1, in the assembled state and with two posts which it comprises in an upright position; Figure 3 is a perspective view identical to Figure 2, with the two posts in a supine position; Figure 4 is a partial view of a pole, from the side, on an enlarged scale, the pole being in the upright position; FIG. 5 is a front view of an anti-intrusion barrier formed by means of several devices placed side by side, a vehicle being shown in the background; Figure 6 is a view of the barrier and the vehicle from above; Figures 7 to 10 are side views of the barrier and a vehicle attempting to force the passage of this barrier, respectively while the vehicle engages on a base that includes the device, when the front of the vehicle strikes the posts that the barrier comprises, at the moment when the vehicle forces the pivoting of the posts that it strikes and at the moment when the vehicle is immobilized by the device; FIG. 11 is a view similar to FIG. 7, showing an authorized vehicle being passed over the device; and FIG. 12 is formed of two partial half-views, in perspective, on an enlarged scale, of portions of the bases of two devices comprising means for assembling these bases to each other, the views being taken according to directions perpendicular from one half-view to the other. FIGS. 1 to 3 represent an anti-intrusion device 1 for a vehicle for a traffic lane, making it possible, with other identical devices 1, to constitute an anti-intrusion barrier 2 for a vehicle shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the operation of which is illustrated in FIGS. 7 to 11. As can be seen in these figures 1 to 3, each device 1 essentially comprises a base 5 and, in the example shown, two sub-assemblies 6, 7, 8 movable relative to this base 5, each sub-assembly comprising a post 6, a stop bar 7 and a pair of connecting rods 8. The assembly is formed of steel elements. The base includes a front box 10 forming an ascending ramp, a rear box 11 forming a descending ramp and a parallelepiped central part formed by a plurality of side members 12 welded to the boxes 10 and 11. The boxes 10, 11 each include, on one of their sides 14, a stepped stud 15, more particularly visible in FIG. 12. As can be understood with reference to this FIG. 12, the other sides 16 of the boxes 10, 11 have notches 17 opening into the lower edge of these sides 16; these flanks 16 of a base 5 are able to be engaged in an adjusted manner, by virtue of these notches 17, on the studs 15 of an adjacent base 5, thus allowing an assembly of the two bases 5 to one another, both in the longitudinal and transverse directions to these bases. The side rails 12 are pierced with lights making it possible to connect a handling sling of the device 1; each of them delimits, with a central spar 12, a longitudinal housing 18 opening into the upper face and into the lower face of the base 5., suitable for receiving the corresponding sub-assembly 6, 7, 8 in a lying position of post 6, as visible in FIG. 3. The post 6 of each sub-assembly is formed by a U-shaped profile, the hollowed part of which is turned towards the front side of the device 1 and is pivotally mounted on the base 5 by means of a pin 20 driven into corresponding holes which includes the base of the post 6 and that include the corresponding side and central beams 12. The mounting of the posts 6 are such that the rear faces of these posts are flush with the upper faces of the side members 12 in the lying state of the posts, so that the base 5 then has a relatively flat and smooth surface, on which a vehicle can ride safely. The central walls of the posts are pierced with holes allowing the mounting of a plate (not shown) fixed to the rear side of these posts; this plate makes it possible to connect the posts 6 to one another so that the two posts are thus able to be moved simultaneously between their prone and upright positions; it also allows, in the lying position of the posts 6, to form a smooth upper surface on the top of the base 5. The two side walls of each post 6 have openings 21 allowing the pivoting connection of the connecting rods 8 by means of pins 22 sliding in these openings 21. As more particularly visible in FIG. 4, these openings 21 are inclined relative to the longitudinal direction of the post 6 and terminate, at their internal parts, by housings 23 of direction perpendicular to them, receiving the pins 22 when the post is in the upright position; this reception makes it possible to wedge the post in this position. In addition, one of the posts 6 comprises a hole arranged so as to be close to the location of the edge of one of the connecting rods 8 located on the anterior side of the device 1 when the pins 22 are engaged in the housings 23. This hole 24 is intended to receive a padlock 25, preventing, when it is placed in this hole, the output of the pins 22 from the housings 23 and thus locking the post 6 in the upright position, as well as the other post, connected to the other post by the aforementioned plate. Each stop bar 7 has a main portion of square section, pierced with a hole on the side of its rear end, this hole being traversed by the pin 20, which performs a pivoting mounting of the stop bar 7 on the base 5. At a distance from this hole, towards the anterior side of the bar 7, this main portion is also pierced with a hole allowing the pivoting assembly of the connecting rods 8 to this bar 7, on each lateral side of the bar 7 , by means of a pin 26 driven into this hole. The stop bar 7 has, at the longitudinal ends of this central portion, two longitudinal end portions having cross sections reducing in the direction of their free ends. This reduction in section makes it possible to promote the insertion of the rear end portion of the bar 7 into the ground, in the positions of this bar visible in FIGS. 9 and 10 and to promote the insertion of the end portion front of the bar 7 in the tires and the chassis of the vehicle V in these same positions. With reference to FIGS. 7 and 8, it appears that the position of a post 6, on the one hand, and the position and the length of the stop bar 7, on the other hand, are determined in such a way that the distance from the front face of a post 6 to the front end of the bar 7 is less than the distance from the grille of the vehicle V to the front of the front wheels of this vehicle. In practice, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, an anti-intrusion barrier B of a vehicle V is constituted by the juxtaposition of a plurality of devices 1 side by side so that the posts 6 of the different devices are aligned in a direction transverse to the direction of travel on taxiway VC; the devices 1 are assembled to each other by means of the engagement of the sides 16 of the boxes 10, 11 on the corresponding studs 15 of the adjacent bases 5, and the posts 6 are locked in the upright position by the installation of the number of padlock 25 required. The devices 1 each having a mass of several hundred kilograms, the barrier B cannot in any way be moved by a person or several malicious people, deprived of lifting means. In the event that a ram vehicle V attempts to force the barrier B, the percussion of the posts 6 by the vehicle V immediately leads, by means of the connecting rods 8, to a tilting of the stop bars 7 in an oblique position active of this bar 7; in this position, the rear portions of the bars 7 come into the ground, providing instantaneous anchoring of the devices 1 to the ground and the front portions of these bars 7 come into the tires or in the chassis of the vehicle V, as visible on the Figures 9 and 10, stopping the progression of this vehicle. When it is a question of letting an authorized vehicle pass, the necessary number of posts 6 is unlocked by removing the padlocks 25 locking these posts 6 then the posts 6 are brought into the supine position; the device 1 can then be easily crossed by the vehicle V as visible in FIG. 11, the device then being presented as a simple humpback. The invention has been described above with reference to an embodiment given solely by way of example. It goes without saying that it applies to all the other embodiments covered by the claims appended hereto.
